How to Use
- Add 1 cup of Karuppu Kavuni Idiyappam Mix to a bowl.
- Pour 1 – 1.25 cups of hot water, mix gently, and knead into a smooth dough.
- Grease the idiyappam press and fill it with dough.
- Press the idiyappam onto an idli plate.
- Steam for 8–10 minutes until soft and cooked.
- Serve with coconut milk, kurma, or chutney.
